Changing the right-most column width

Ah yes I think I see the issue now that I've tried dragging it out a few
inches - my balances are only ever in the tens of thousands so I've never
needed to expand it that far :-(

It seems you can only expand the Balance column so far and after you let go
the mouse button the Description shoots out and expand to fill all the
additional space you've dragged out to and the horizontal scroll bar
appears.

I don't mind the UI - maybe I've gotten used to it after a few years of
using it.
