suggestion: add dollar amounts to Schedule Transactions summary window

Just to add fuel to the fire, Gnucash always re-orders split lines to place
all debits before credits in a register view (or vice versa, I never
remember which is which). If it did not do that, it would be possible to
arbitrarily declare that the first or last split line account was the
'home' account for that transaction. There are several good reasons not
to open that can of worms. One is that GnuCash is unable to re-order split
lines in scheduled transactions by that criterion because formulas can
change the display order each time the calculation is evaluated.

Ed, Your first comment summed up that the overall result is slow and
clunky. Yes it is. There are issues in the infrastructure that make it
very difficult to address that overall problem. The developers are staying
up late many nights to fix the infrastructure so that the SX problems and
many other issues can be resolved in a straightforward and logical way.
Every now and then we should thank them for their efforts.
