Mac users have a huge problem, I think! Gnucash won't open anything now

Hi Anita,
I'm not a Mac user, but I've seen this question answered before as it does
come up from time to time.
For a reason I'll leave to others to explain, clicking on a GnuCash data
file starts GnuCash as it should, but instead of loading the file that was
clicked on, GnuCash tries to load the last file it opened (or, perhaps the
last file it saved?). If the file GnuCash tries to open has been moved or
renamed or deleted, GnuCash will claim that it cannot find the file. If
this is your case, acknowledge the error and then manually open the file
you want to open from within GnuCash.
Kind regards,
Greg Feneis
