Reconcile Flag Question

Derek, Thanks for the reply.

I tried that. The screen shows only that check with the check mark 
indicating it is cleared. However, it also shows out of balance by that 
amount and does not yield a green check mark that will allow me to 
complete the reconcile. Did I miss something...
