Report tab displays all white - worked last time (Aug 2016)

I would suggest running gnucash first without the --debug flag and capture the 
trace output from that (with --logto if necessary). That usually already 
provides errors (including the CRIT warnings you see in the huge debug file). 
A full debug output makes it much harder to spot the real error for an 
untrained eye and should only be run if a normal run is not giving sufficient 
information.
