Compare periods report

Attached is a test version of a new report I am working on for comparing
multiple time periods.  I'd like to get feedback.  To install it put the
three attachments in your .gnucash folder  on windows this is typically
c:\users\YOUR_ID_GOES_HERE\.gnucash
