Help Importing from 2.6.0 (GnuCash) running on Windows XP to 2.6.16 (GnuCash) running on Windows 10

When you select the Accounts page is it showing all the accounts
correctly, including all the expense accounts?
What exactly do you mean by 'imported'. All you needed to do was to
copy the accounts file (accounts.gnucash or similar) to an appropriate
folder and open it using File > Open. Unless you have configured
custom reports in which case you will need to move them across also.
