Reply at the top or reply at the bottom?

Trouble is that many do not trim, with the result that individual emails in a long
thread just get bigger and bigger.

Another problem with top posting is that people will reply to something that has
several questions in it -- and reply 'yes' - without any clue as to which
question that they they are replying to. A symptom of people not being able to
see the world through any other eyes than their own.

Oh - answer to the question: reply interleving your replies after the individual
lines that you refer to. Trouble is that that takes work, most people will not
do that.
