New multiple periods side by side report

Hi Mick,
  I'm using GnuCash 2.6.13 on Yosemite. I put the files in /Users/(my username)/Library/Application Support/Gnucash. If the Library folder is not visible in your home folder, you can choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu and then type that full path into the resulting dialog.
