GnuCash with bad network connection

Windows' support of networked file systems has never been very good and GnuCash can't see deeply enough into the system to make it better, sorry.  Unfortunately the SQL backend isn't yet sufficiently transactional to ensure no data loss in the presence of an intermittent data connection either. Kenneth Schneider's recommendation is your best option until you can get your WiFi fixed.
