Business file: accounts lost; CoA numbering changed

   Yesterday evening I finished entering the Chart of Accounts for the
business bookkeeping in version 2.6.15. I use 4 digit numbers, and have for
the past 25 years with different software.

   Today, setting up the A/R and A/P accounts I see that they're gone,
numbers for Assets, Equities, and Expenses were reduced to 3 digits
(eliminating one account when Savings was converted to 130 from 1115), and
Income and Liabilities account numbers were deleted.

   Is there something I can do so that when I fix the CoA it remains
unchanged?
