Business file: accounts lost; CoA numbering changed

On my big screen, I have eat of the accounts in Gnucash set to take up
a different bit of the screen real estate.

I can view 4 at once.
I keep each of those 4 accounts in its own place, and each opens in the
same place for me (Debian testing/unstable with XFCE4) so it is much
easier to have the correct account.
