I too have been using Dropbox so that I can access gnucash from multiple
devices. The only thing one has to be careful of iis that you let syncing
happen before (in my case) I use another device  --- in your case another
user is using the database. In my case I am also careful to have the same
version of gnucash on both devices -- maybe you care about that too.
Otherwise I have found everything works brilliantly and I can use my lap
top when travelling and my desktop at home.
I would like to know from the developers if there are any hazards to what
seems a great solution.
