"Hidden" option in the accounts edit window DANGEROUS -- don't use it

Thanks to David T. and Liz for answering my question.  I must say
however that it never occurred to me to look in the View menu specific
to the account tab for "the show hidden files" option; nor do I think
that the average person would look there.  THAT is the bug.

I would suggest by way of improvement that the View menu for the
Accounts window be changed by replacing the "Filter by ..." option as
follows.

"Filter accounts by type ...".  Selecting that option will open the
same filter window as now but only having the account types listed,
not the other options.

Put the two options in the "other" list directly in the View menu.
Those two options will then be there for all to see instead of hidden
where no one can find them.

One, two or even all three of these options could also be put in the
Preference menu.
