no .csv export

Forgive me to step into this again, but I have just downloaded the newest Gnucash version 2.6.15. 

There is no option in either version 14 or 15 to export in XML.  The only option showing is CSV.  Remember also that I use Mac Intel OSX Sierra 10.12.2.
