Upgrading from 2.2.9 to 2.6.15?

Let me report that the upgrade went smoothly.  No big issues.

The improvement in the reports that I've tried have been impressive.  I
should not have waited.

Also, the OFX import problem that I had with Chase has been fixed.  This was
a major pain to deal with.

The only thing that has been somewhat annoying is that my account
associations for imported transactions were lost and have to be re-specified
for each transaction.
