Multiple operations on transactions.

Just to clarify, there is only ONE case where you can do this, which is
when you want to move *ALL* transactions from one account (A) to another
account (B).  IF you want to do that, you can "delete" account A, and
GnuCash will ask if you want to move the transactions and, if so,
where.  Select B, and all those transactions will be moved.

There is no way to operate on a subset of transactions, and there is no
way to do anything other than moving them as mentioned above.
