Business accounts: display and order by account number

   Starting to set up the business accounts. I've used the same CoA for more
than two decades and am used to seeing the account number displayed. Looking
at the menus I do not see how to set up the display of account numbers.
Please point me to the appropriate interface.

   Also, as a minor note, is there a way to remove the building icon next to
each account name?
