I cannot imagine anyone asking this question.

Normally, you log into your computer and run GnuCash program.
You do not log into a program, you just run it.

In GnuCash you can select which file to use, but it normally comes up
with the last one you used, and most home users have only one unless
they run a second one for a business, for example.
