Name Does Not Show in Posts

It can be seen by the mailing list's administrators.  On some other mailing
lists using the same software (Mailman) with different settings, other
members can also view the list of members with names.

It serves little purpose for the GnuCash mailing list, but on mailing lists
which are more private it can be relevant to (if you can see the list)
remind yourself who these people are, if their addresses are not very
memorable.
