List of Equity, Expenses and Liabilities has disappeared

Thanks, David. Done that and now I do see all the accounts (although they
are in the reverse order compared to before.I like to know why something
has gone right or wrong, and not just that I can it put it right.

What should I do now about the window called 'Medical Expences'?
