To obscure sensitive information on a screenshot, use a graphics editor
(AKA "paint" program) to crop, or to blur or "paint" over the text you want
to obscure.

The choices depend upon your operating system.

Gimp is available on all platforms, though it's overkill for the task,
unless you already know how to use it.
