What OS/Distro are you using?
What older version of GnuCash did you have before?
What version did you just install?

Windows 7.
Old version was 2.4.11
New is 2.6.15.

Derek,
I eventually found in Wiki the file to modify.
It's "Environment" in Gnucash\etc\Gnucash.
BUT:
1. By default LANG is set to nl_BE but when I use the software all the 
mention are in english not Belgian Flemmish.
2. If I change LANG from nl_BE to fr_FR, I can't save the change, apparently 
because I don't have administatror rights. Do you know can I get those 
rights?
BTW what does " 'uncomment' the following parameters" mean?
3. There is a mention in "Environment" that Gnucash was "not installed in 
the default location". In fact it is in "Program Files (x86)" rather than 
"Program Files" (Wiki says it should be in the latter).
