Payment doesn't show on receipt

Hello,
I have GNU Cash configured for "business"
Newbie with GNU Cash and trying to figure out why the receipt doesn't show the payment while the payment was posted.The payment post directly to accounts receivable
When I try to print out a receipt it shows payment due (while it's paid in full)I can't custom the report for it to show payment.
Any help would be appreciated.
