Hi Cat,
To be showing a negative balance in your Accounts Payable, you must have the
total of the debit splits of transactions (payments made by you ) exceeding
the total of the credit transactions (bills you have added).
If this is not showing up in transactions within the current period, it is
possible transaction(s) has been incorrectly added in a previous period
which may upset the balance.
