Announcement: GnuCash 2.6.15 Released

When I go to install the new version, i get the following error message. 
I've tried it several times, same message.  Advice?  I'm using Windows 10.

"The program can't start because pthreadGC2.dll is missing from your
computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
