Announcement: GnuCash 2.6.15 Released

All Windows users note:  Release 2.6.16 released yesterday is missing a
dependency.  The corrected release is not out yet and it may take a few
hours.  If you are in a hurry please see
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=780582 for a work-around.
