dll missing after update to 2.4.16

Sorry but can't find "gnucash-2.6.16-1.setup.exe" on the GC download site.
Could you please supply a direct link.

I found an instance of pthreadGC2.dll in one of my VMs and added it to the
bundle. It's now available for download and is probably safer than using a
copy of pthreadGC-3.dll. All of the download links and sha256es have been
updated. Note that the updated file is gnucash-2.6.16-1.setup.exe.
