Gnucash 2.6.16 start problem: pthreadGC2.dll is missing

There was a missing dll in the original install package. An updated version
has been released.  The download link at gnucash.org is currently only
pointing to the missing dll so if you're confident you can copy that to the
correct place on your system you can use the otherwise you can download the
updated 2.6.16-1 directly from source forge at the following link -
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash%20%28stable%29/2.6.16/gnucash-2.6.16-1.setup.exe/download
