getting started on OS X

Hi John,

Thanks for your help. AQBanking in GnuCash 2.6.15 doesn't crash but I still
ran up against my timebox trying to get it configured and learned to be
content downloading and working with QXF files today.

On its own, GnuCash seems stable.
