Warning/Error Messages

Hi, I am using GC 2.6.16 on Manjaro 17.0.1.  I noticed that if I start
GC from terminal, I get a long list of Warning/Error items related to
files in /usr/lib/gnucash/scm/ccache/2.0/gnucash/main.go for example;
 bad header on object file.

I tried the fix of removing a similar directory under /home/user/.cache
with no apparent impact.  Gnucash seems to work ok, I just don't know
what the Warning/Error messages mean.  I gather that this is also
occurring with Arch Linux and Manjaro is related to Arch.  Is it an
Arch issue or a GC issue?  This is way beyond me.  Mike
