You likely won't get a fix for that on Ubuntu 16.04.  If you need an
update then can get it from http://www.getdeb.net/software/gnucash.
Or you can upgrade Ubuntu of course, though if you don't like to
upgrade Ubuntu too often then probably best to wait for the next LTS
release in April.
