Finance-Quote 1.45 AlphaVantage ETFs return incorrect UKP amount

Earlier it was reported that UK prices were returned from AlphaVantage 
100x too high. This was changed in an F-C update and my UK share prices 
are now correctly reported but my ETFs prices are reported as 100x too 
low, see below.

Using Finance-Quote 1.45

Finance::Quote fields Gnucash uses:
     symbol: VWRL.L               <=== required
       date: 11/13/2017           <=== required
   currency: GBP                  <=== required
       last: 0.6297               <=\       --- should be £62.97
        nav:                      <=== one of these
      price:                      <=/
   timezone:                      <=== optional

Finance::Quote fields Gnucash uses:
     symbol: VGOV.L               <=== required
       date: 11/13/2017           <=== required
   currency: GBP                  <=== required
       last: 0.22677              <=\       ---  should be £22.677
        nav:                      <=== one of these
      price:                      <=/
   timezone:                      <=== optional
