[GNC] Upgrade from Gnucash 2.6.16 to 3.0.0

Dear Sirs,

I tried to upgrade but 3.0.0 does not work because of a runtime error. However I was abler to upgrade to 2.6.20 which works. Is there something wrong with the exe file for version 3.0.0?
