[GNC] What does your Summary Bar say in Gnucash-3.0? Mine is rude

Xfce won’t be full Gtk+3 until version 4.14 which is still in development. Everyone who’s using 4.12 (released in 2015) is still in a mixed environment. Xubuntu 18.04 will still be using 4.12, but I think they’ll be pulling in some of the 4.14 components that are 100% ready.
