[GNC] GNC Addition of Mailing List Subject Prefix

Drop the @ in the first rule and you can cut the second rule out. But really, what you have here isn’t difficult.

You’d only need the 3rd one if JohnR sends you frequent PMs. When anyone does that for me, I just drag and drop on those off occasions after I’ve read it. (a PM is usually something I’d want to pay attention to anyway and not have it get lost in the list folder)
