[GNC] Toolbar ignoring gtk-toolbar-style setting in Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic)

Sorry Geert,

Sometimes I forget (even after decades) that tone of voice doesn’t translate in plain text. Certainly, crashes (and many other things) are higher priority than cosmetics. Thanks for all you do.
