is missing.

BTW, the old URL https://downloads.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/gnucash/
is a redirect to
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash/...

But you can get it from https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/releases/3.1
