[GNC] Get Quote is Not Working?

For GnuCash 2.6.18 you'd also need to set an environment variable with your 
AlphaVantage API key. If you can upgrade to gnucash 2.6.21, you can set this 
in the gnucash preferences instead.

GnuCash 3.x introduces the ability to import prices from csv. It's not 
available in gnucash 2.6.x
