[GNC] Links in transaction reports

>From my understanding, adding an option to the 3.x series means that anyone
who upgrades to 3.3, creates a saved-report, and downgrades to 3.2 will
suddenly find the saved-report will crash instead of downgrading
gracefully. So, any new option must be very carefully considered. General
bug fixing can, and should be done anytime however.
