[GNC] *.deb package for GnuCash 3.4 Released

Thanks for the great work Steve.

I am currently using Linux Mint 18.2 and GC 2.6.17.  I am wondering if 
this .deb will run on my system, or will I have to update Linux MInt to 
19.0?
