GnuCash install on Windows 365

Since July 2017, Microsoft has been selling something called Microsoft 
365 Enterprise 
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-enterprise/home, which is a 
bundle of Office 365 and Windows 10, so this may be where the confusion 
is coming from.
