Updated Finance-Quote to 1.44; GnuCash still not retrieving quotes

Hmm I'll check my Ubuntu install when I get home in a few hours.  I'm
pretty sure I've got 2.6.19 installed at the moment and F::Q is right up to
date.  Will check and see if my Help button works - I'm pretty sure it
didn't a couple of installs ago until I did a catch up and installed
gnucash-docs separately...
