Unable to retrieve stock prices

Hello,

I have installed GnuCash 2.6.19 on Windows 10. I have also installed the finance quote package.

Unfortunately, I am not able to retrieve the price for AMZN. I either get "There was an unknown error while retrieving the price quotes." or "Unable to retrieve quotes for these items: NASDAQ:AMZN".

Could you help troubleshoot these problems?
