[GNC] Installing 3.2

Ray,

The data file is still compatible as-is. (moving backwards to an old version ≤ 2.6.19 isn’t possible though)

I’ll let someone else chime in on uninstallation though as I’ve only used GC on *nix which generally doesn’t care unless it’s built from source. (which really is a cleanup issue, not a compatibility issue - I *can* run two different versions on my Mac that are pre-built)
