[GNC] Linux Mint 18.2 Sonya and Gnucash 3.2

gnome-software-plugin-flatpak and I believe libflatpak0. Also, the PPA 
was missing from the Repo.

As an aside, I originally installed Flatpak based on the original 
posting on this list a couple of months ago.  I guess I missed some 
steps. :-[
