[GNC] Gnucash won't open?

That’s one possibility. The other is that you closed GnuCash with the main window minimized and GnuCash has set the window position to -32000;-32000. That misfeature has been fixed for 3.2, but in the meantime you can open AppData/Roaming/GnuCash/books/your-datafile-name.gcm in an editor (notepad will do), find the window position line, and change the coordinates to small positive numbers, perhaps 100;100.

The parameter you want to change is
...
[Window 1]
...
WindowPosition=-32000;-32000;
...
