[GNC] Cant open new download for GNUCASH 3.1-3

Have downloaded latest upgrade to my MacBook Pro.
All appears to have downloaded successfully but it just quits when you select ‘continue’ following verifying.
I have checked  it is in applications folder and tried to open from here.
I have deleted and downloaded again. I have rebooted etc
Still no success.
With past downloads I have had no problems.
