Save to MySQL

Hello Colin,

More information:

- The save didn't succeed, all the tables are empty (Error is: The Server at
URL:// experienced an
> error or encountered bad or corrupt data)
- I'm using root user for MySQL (at least for now), DB and tables were
created
- GnuCash version 2.6.19 (built from sources using cmake)
- MySQL version 5.7.21
