database problem with invoices to more than one customer

I have tried to replicate the procedure and will hereby display the problem

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is? Are there any specific
settings in the customer directory
what might cause this problem?

Because from this point I cannot use this application as I cannot create
invoices for more than one
customer...
